Must I pay to register?
No, registration in William Higgins Video Rental Club is totally free. Having completed registration you can rent videos. You will be asked to pay to rent the video, just as you would if you visit your local Video Rental Store.
Can you tell me Step-by-Step what the process is to register and then to rent videos from the William Higgins Video Rental Club?
1) Open our website http://video.williamhiggins.com, click on Register here and fill out required blank fields in the form.

2) After clicking on Register in the pop-up window you will be informed about successful creation of your log on information into our Video Rental Club. Close the window and check in your e-mail, where you should receive confirmation.
If, for some reason you do not receive the confirmation of registration in your mail-box of e-mail address you used to register, it is possible that this e-mail is in your spam box.
If you can't locate your password, please e-mail us at customerservice@wh.cz and attach username and e-mail address.

3) Now with your LOG ON information handy, click on this link: http://video.williamhiggins.com and click on ENTER and fill out your username and password.

4)You should now be in the William Higgins Video Rental Club and you can choose a Video you wish to rent. To rent a video you will need to download the video file. Click on the desired Video.

5) After clicking on Video, you are interested in downloading, you will see pop-up window, where it will show the description of the Video and how many tokens this Video costs for a 7 day rental. You are able to view the video as often as you like within that 7 day period.

6) To save your download 'Right click' on Download and choose Save Target As, a window will pop up asking where you wish to save this file.

7) Choose the location, where you wish to have this Video downloaded onto your computer so you can easily find it, when you wish to view it later, and click OK.

8) Now, let the Video download onto your computer. The files are large files, so depending on the speed of your connection, and the length of the video, it will take some time to download

9) Because this file is zipped file it will be necessary to unzip it with a program for that purpose. If you dont already have such a program you can download Stuffit from here: http://www.stuffit.com/win/expander/index.html.

10) After downloading this zipped file, open it with your unzip program and extract the video file.

11) You can now play the extracted video, by double clicking on the extracted Video file,Windows Media Player will open with License Acquisition window.

12) The whole process until this moment was Free, now it will be necessary for you to purchase tokens. If you dont already have some.

13) Left click on Buy Tokens and then you will be instructed by the page for purchase.

14) Having bought your tokens you are able to log in, on the licence acquistion box, and watch the video(you will not have to log in each time, just the first time you watch a particular video that you have rented.

15) For information: CCBill will send you an email, upon your purchase of tokens, it will arrive after 48 hours, and implies that your subscription has expired. This is an error in the way CCBill is currently handling the system. Your subscription will not have expired and you will still be able to view your video for the remainder of your licence period. we are currently working with CCBill to correct this problem.
You will also be able to use any remaining tokens bought at the same time, for viewing other videos, or extending the rental period of this video.

16) To re-iterate, from the time you click on Play your Rental time has successfully started and you have 7 days to view Video you have rented, as many times as you wish.
