We have a another site: czechguysnextdoor.com. First thing I would like to do is a negative sales pitch for this site.  There are many types of subject matters that many of our Members find offensive.  Yet, hundreds of other Members hanker to see these 'controversial' motifs.

We've felt for a long time a subsidiary site is necessary to explore these contentious topics.  In brainstorming sessions we decided it would be a good idea charge a nominal extra charge for Members who wish to view and support types of material falling into the category of 'not the cup of tea for everyone.'

Finally, today we launch this new site devoted to subjects requested by many but disliked by others.  The remit of czechguysnextdoor will be to explore these minority subjects without offending Members of the main site who do not wish to venture off the beaten path.

Czechguysnextdoor will publish a once weekly Newsletter, appended to our main Newsletter.  The new site will present two shoots weekly. One of the shoots will usually be a solo, with guys who might not make the grade into our main site.  Or solos might consist of extra shoots with stellar models who for one reason or another have refused to take the next step into any kind of man-to-man duo.   We'll be able to give these models more work so they can become more comfortable working with us and might in the process change their minds.  Plus, their fans will be able to see more of them, without cluttering up the main site with repetitious solo material from overly repeated models.

The second set of each Newsletter will usually involve some topic which many Members might find controversial. I know the subjects that provoke the most complaints. For example, two of the topics moving to czguysnextdoor will be:  Duty Bound and bi-sexuality (We'll only present unpublished shoots on the new site.  Older material will remain on the main site). Some of the new ideas we'll try out will be chastisement, cfnm, and some shoots that only explore particular fetishes like tickling etc.  Without apology, we'll feel free to try some pretty far-out experimental ideas on czguysnextdoor.  Experimental material will involve our own conceits or suggestions from Members.   Anyone who joins should have a very open mind.  The new site will Definitely Not be for everyone.

Income from the nominal charge for czechguysnextdoor will, hopefully,  provide revenue to explore topics that many Members wish to see, but many Members do not. Members who do not wish to view these subjects will no longer feel they are paying to produce material for a Members with different tastes.

There are a few things to keep in mind about czguysnextdoor:  First, at this time, only Members of williamhiggins.com can join.  If your Membership in williamhiggins.com becomes cancelled for any reason, your access to czguysnextdoor will also automatically stop.

During our launch period, Members of williamhiggins.com can join the new site for a very nominal charge. The first month will cost only $4.95 per month. Each additional month of czguysnextdoor.com will then re-bill at $9.95 per month.  All williamhiggins.com Charter Members who join during our launch will automatically be awarded Platinum status at czguysnextdoor.

After the launch period, the price of czguysnextdoor for Members of Williamhiggins.com will be much higher.  And new joins will not enjoy Platinum Status.  Of course, it is possible to cancel the specially priced first month subscription within a month, but Williamhiggins.com Members will be able to join czguysnextdoor only once at these low launch prices with Platinum Status. And when we offer czguysnextdoor to the general public the price will be $34.50, only for czguysnextdoor.

Hopefully, everything will go smoothly today, but there might be a glitch or two. If so, we'll be ever so grateful for your patience.
