If you have AOL and are not receiving the WH newsletter notification e-mail your spam controls is blocking it from your mail box.

UNBLOCKING A MESSAGE AOL HAS DETERMINED TO BE SPAM.

To allow delivery of e-mails from a specific sender, follow the following steps:

Click on the “Read Mail” Icon.  You will see the dialog box to the left (in this case there is no new mail).

Click on the “Spam Controls” link on the bottom right of the dialog box.

A new dialog box will appear (see box to the left).  Click on the “edit” link next to the Sender Filter.

Whatever selection you choose from the “My Sender Filter should” menu, make sure blocked email goes to the spam folder and is not deleted.  Mail that goes to the spam folder will never show up as new mail.

Save the settings and close the box.

Go back to the Read Mail dialog box.

As spam is received, it goes into the spam folder.  The number of spam e-mails in the folder will show as a number.

Click on the Spam Folder link to open the Spam Folder.

All Spam e-mails will be listed in the Spam Folder (see example on the left).

To stop e-mails from a sender from going to the spam folder and instead go to New Mail folder, select (highlight) the message on the menu (in this case the e-mail is from drakes@wh.cz) and select “This is Not Spam” at the bottom of the dialog box.

The message will disappear and go to the New Mail box.

All future e-mails from this sender will go to the New Mail box rather than the spam folder.
